1982: Airborne survey by monopros Ltd. 1984: Ground magnetic survey and one diamond drill hole into diabase by Monopros. 1987: Ground magnetic survey by Lac Minerals Ltd. 1992-1993: 25 tonne sample by Lac Minerals on the Bucke pipe. 2000: Diamond drilling by NovaWest discovered the western pipe, about 500 feet west of the Bucke pipe. One microdiamond was recovered from a few core samples from hole BK-009 between 163 and 171 m.
