Location Method: AMIS Site Visit

Access Description: Take highway 65 from New Liskeard for 11km towards Notre Dame due Nord to Quebec border to the Harris Township concession road. At sutton Bay - proceed 3.5km east and then north to view the site from the farm concession road on the east side. A good rock fill road barred by a steel cable gate at the concession road marks the entrance. A 200m walk to the east will access the site.

1985-89: Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited - zone discovered in 1985, shaft completed in 1988, underground development

Jul 07, 2010 (A Wilson) - The shaft cut the lower contact of the Nipissing diabase at 176 feet and continued down through a thick sequence of Huronian Coleman Member laminated greywacke and conglomerate to a depth of 720 feet where the unconformity with Archean mafic metavolcanics was intersected.
