Apr 08, 2013 (Nazha Sabiri) - According to Hewitt, D.F (1949), the rocks are massive dacite, andesite and fragmental and porphyritic lavas of Keewatin age (Neoarchean). They are intruded by lamprophyre dikes. The lavas along the sheared zones are altered to chlorite and carbonates, the shear zones are mineralized with sulphides stringers: Pyrite, chalcopyrite and some specularite.
