Access Description: The property is approximately 5.5 km south of the junction of Hwy 66 and 624 on Hwy 624 and about 200 m east of the highway.
Early 1930's - Limited prospecting by Dominion Gold Leaf Syndicate. 1937 - Korola-Larder Mines Ltd. conducted surface sampling and 3400' of diamond drilling in 15 holes. Surface trenching and deep pitting was completed. 1993-1995 - Sudbury Contact Mines Limited collected rock samples, completed line cutting, ground mag, VLF-EM, MAx-Min, IP and geological mapping. Six diamond drill holes, totalling 1084 m were completed. 1996-1997 - Brigadier Gold Limited completed bedrock stripping and channel sampling of the showing. 50-m spaced ground mag survey was completed. 2002 - Brigadier Gold Limited completed 2 diamomd drill holes totalling 650 m.

Dec 07, 2005 (D Guidon) - The property is within the Tisdale Assemblage (Ayers et al. 2002) (Larder Lake - Jackson and Fyon 1991) south of the Larder Lake Fault Zone. A smaller scale structure (Skead Splay Fault) separates the Tisdale from the Timiskaming. The showing is to the east of the Skead Spaly Fault within altered volcanic rocks. The northeast striking Benson Creek Fault is to the south of the showing.

Dec 07, 2005 (D Guidon) - The rocks in the area of the showing are mapped as mafic volcanic rocks by Thomson (1947). Willy (1997) describes the geology in the area of stripping around the showing as highly altered, sulphidized and silicified metasedimentary rocks which are cut by small intrusive masses of syentie and lamprophyre dikes. Driiling by Brigadier (2002) notes green-carbonate alteration in the core.
