Dec 07, 2005 (C Salo) - Ore near the Holt-McDermott Mine shaft (in 1989, most known ore occurred south of the shaft within the northern parts of claim nos. 11382 and 11383) is known to extend onto what American Barrick Resources Corp. refers to as the Cahill or Cahill- Manwell claim (no. 11087). Holt-McDermott type gold mineralization is described in the report for Holt-McDermott Mine (no. 61). It is worth noting that anomalous gold tenors within the McDermott Deformation Zone of Workman (1986) on the Cahill-Manwell claim is several hundred metres nearer to the axis of the Porcupine-Destor Fault Zone (as shown by Satterly 1954) than is shaft area mineralization.
