Access Description: The mine is easily accessed via the Detour Lake road a 300km gravel and paved road that connects with Highway 11 at either Iroquois Falls or Cochrane.'4 Track' trail leads up to the stripped outcrops.'4 track' trail connects to secondary forestry roads branching off the Chester Access Road.'4 track' trail connects to secondary forestry roads branching off the Chester Access Road.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The drill hole intersected a sequence of massive mafic flows and tuffs intruded by numerous, narrow felsic dikes.

Mineralization Comments

Oct 23, 2014 (A Wilson) - Drill hole G-83-2 returned an assay of 0.38 g/t Au, 0.11% Cu over 0.61m; and a best assay of 0.75 g/t Au over 0.91m. Approximately 150 m to the east, drill hole G-83-1 returned an assay of 0.28% Cu over 0.61m. The best assays from Franco-Nevada drill hole 439-009 returned 5.94 g/t Au over 1.0 m and 10.80 g/t Au over 1.0 m., the best assays from the hole were 47.11 g/t Au over 1 m. The best assay from Dome DDH 439-008 returned 384.04 g/t Au over 2 m.
