Access Description: 0.5 km south of Innerkip, on the NW side of RR.
TOWNSHIP: NOW PART OF ZORRA TOWNSHIP .The quarry was operated Innerkip Quarries Ltd initially for lime in the late 19th century and later for railway ballst between 1929 and 1933.

Dec 07, 2005 (M Barua) - The section at the quarry consists of 1 m of Upper Silurian Bertie( or Bass Ialand or Akron) dolostone overlain by 3.3 m of Lower Devonian Bois Blanc cherty limestone ( light grey to light brown, fossiliferrous with abundant rugose and tabulate corals, brachiopods and trilobites).Goudge reported in 1938 that the quarry was upto 10 m deep. The unconformity boundary was 1 m above the water level.
