Access Description: Located on the south bank of the Grand River near Blair Road in the City of Cambridge.
In the early part of 1900, the quarry was operated by the City of Galt for crushed stone and some building stone. Lime was also produced at this site in late 1800's.

Dec 07, 2005 (M Barua) - 10.4 m of Middle Silurian Guelph Formation dolostone, grey to light brown medium crystalline , sucrosic ,sparsely fossiliferrous with rare bivalves and corals , is now exposed on the face of the river bank by the quarryng( Loc Q1 in Map3 in ARIP 102).
