Access Description: From Port Loring, proceed west on Highway 522 for 8.1 km and turn north on 20th side road for 6 km to the west arm of Caribou Lake. Walk 500 m on the overgrown portion on the road and then northwest for 175m.

Lithology Comments

Nov 18, 2008 (A Wilson) - The occurrence is described as a 100 foot pegmatite dike. A 25 foot square pit, with a depth of 5 feet was put down on the west slope of the outcrop. The pegmatite is an aggregate of pink feldspar and grey quartz, of which 5% is composed of pink feldspar ranging from 1-2 inches in diameter. Biotite occurs as books from1-4 inches in diameter and in places constitutes up to 5% of the pegmatite.
