Exploration History

1910-1911: Bousquet Gold Mines Ltd. - stripping trenching and 44 foot inclined shaft. 1921: Bousquet Gold Mines Ltd. - 2 compartment shaft 110 feet depth. 208 feet of lateral workings at 110 feet. 1954: J.R. Bridger - 4 drill holes (1070 feet). 1959: F.H. Mylrea - 1 drill hole (103 feet) 1994: D. Brunne - surface sampling. The Stringer-Brunne Property falls in a larger claim block, which includes the J.R. Bridger and Howry Creek prospects. The property has been called the Casson Lake Claim Block. 1977: Getty MInes Ltd. - mapping, VLF - EM & radiometric surveys 1979: S.J. Sep 21, 2023 (C Lee) - Veins, in shear zone about 180m (600 ft) long, are generally less than 2.5 cm (1 in), but several are up to 15 cm (6 in) in width.

Mineralization Comments

Mar 31, 2023 (Q Unknown) - Other minerals: brnt, mal, az and co bloom reported to east (p.15 of AFRO SP-006 report). Assay results from AFRO SP-006: sample 217U had 670 ppb Au, 820 ppb Pt and 1460 ppb Pd. In upper unit of Nip diab., assay results sample 11990: up to 3300 ppb Pt, 3700 ppb Pd and 900 ppb Au albitized zone N contact of gabbro. Mineralization occurs in quartz veins in faulted metasediments. Sample from shaft assayed 6.5 g/t (0.19 t-oz/ton) Au over 505m (18 ft) of vein. Heavily mineralized grab sample assayed 2.4 g/t (0.07 t-oz/ton) Au. (C.Lee)
