Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: The MDI point is located about 7 miles northeast of the village of McKerrow and 11 miles directly west of the Worthington Railway Station and 36 miles southwest of Sudbury. Surface mineralization determined uranium mineralization in the southeast corner of Porter Township north of Agnew Lake. Minor occurence is located 3.25miles due east of North Hunter Lake in lots 1 and 2 conc.1. Major qualifying occurence stretches for approximatly 2400 feet in a sourthwesterly-northeasterly direction and the location point is located 1200 feet northeast and 1150 feet southwest of the reference point. Smaller occurences occur have been located up to 3000 feet southwest of the main occurence and reference point.

Ginn, Surface sampling, Assays on grab samples from 0.09% To 0.50% U3O8. 1966-67: Reactor Uranium Mines Ltd., Ground geophysical (magnetometer, scintillometer) surveys. 1967: Broulan Reef Mines Ltd., Airborne geophysical (electromagnetic, magnetic, radiometric) surveys. 1968-69: Watts, Griffis and McQuat Ltd., Airborne and ground geophysical (magnetometer, electromagnetic, radiometric) surveys. 1974: Consolidated Morrison Explorations Ltd., Airborne geophysical magnetometer, radiometric) surveys. 1975: Amax Explorations, Airborne geophysical (magnetometer, radiometric) survey.
