Jun 24, 2016 (A Wilson) - The radioactive beds ranged from 2-20 ft. in width and are probably all at different stratigraphic horizons. Interbedded quartz-pebble conglomerate, arkose and quartzite are exposed. Two radioactive zones trend southeast following the contact between Early Precambrian granite and Middle Precambrian Huronian rocks. The first radioactive zone lies within the basal metasedimentary formation which overlies the granitic and volcanic basement and underlies the main quartzite formation. Radioactive quartz-pebble conglomerate beds can extend along strike for 3000 ft. A second zone of radioactivity lies within the main quartzite formation. It consists of 6 inch to 2 ft. thick lenses of quartz pebble conglomerate traceable for 2500 ft.

Jun 24, 2016 (A Wilson) - A selected sample of radioactive material collected by J.E. Thomson assayed 0.24% U3O8 and 0.30% ThO2. A rock trench was opened across 20 ft. of radioactive sediments (claim S101134). A grab sample of selected radioactive rock assayed 0.02% U3O8. A bed of sheared radioactive conglomerate is located 90 ft. south of the granite contact. It is exposed over a width of 10 ft. but is drift covered along strike. A selected grab sample of this conglomerate assayed 0.11% U3O8 and 0.05% ThO2. A sample from a narrow parallel conglomerate bed a few feet to the north assayed 0.02% U3O8. Uranium assays from the Kerr-Addison drilling project returned values up to 0.54 lb/t U over 0.4 ft. (DD MR-76-2). Assays from samples were 0.24% U3O8 and 0.30 % ThO2. A grab sample taken from radioactive conglomerate assayed 0.11%
