Access Description: O'Brien Group of claims are located in the southwestern portion of Porter Township. 2.5 miles North east of the reference point and some 1 200 feet south east of the point where O'Brien fault first cuts into O'Brien Lake. North of the town of Espanola and 35 miles south west of Sudbury.
1954: Wadge Mines Ltd., Airborne geophysical (magnetic, electromagnetic and radiometric )survey significant annomolies: radioactivity: two to three times above background, geological and ground geophysical (unspecified) surveys. 1968: Hanover Explorations Ltd., Diamond drill hole program totalling 611 feet.
