Access Description: The Century Mine occurrence is located approximately 20 km west of Sudbury, in the central area of Denison Township. The area is crosscut by two east to west trending main roads: the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 17) and highway 658. The occurrence is located approximately 2.75 kilometre west of Highway 177 (Northwest By-pass), 0.5 kilometres north of the Highway 17 turnoff. (GDIF 66) (OFR 6109, p.1, 2)
1908: A partial analysis of nickel ore from this location showed 0.49 % nickel and a trace of cobalt (GDIF66)
