Lithology Comments

Jun 20, 2016 (A Wilson) - The country rock is mainly brecciated amphibolitic metavolcanics and the basal nickel irruptive rock is quartz diorite or quartz diorite breccia. The quartz diorite contains abundant disseminated sulphides. The nickel irruptive contact is faulted and dips steeply. The rocks of the irruptive are sheared and locally brecciated.

Mineralization Comments

Jun 20, 2016 (A Wilson) - Sulphide occurrences consist of disseminated to massive pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite in breccias along the nickel irruptive contact. The sulphide occurrences have been extensively explored by pitting, trenching and diamond drilling.
