Feb 23, 2009 (A Wilson) - The property is underlain by quartzites and sandstones of the Mississagi Formation. A prominent high-quality, quartz vein was prospected and mapped.

Feb 23, 2009 (A Wilson) - The quartz vein has an estimated available tonnage of about 18,000 tonnes of >95% SiO2. The north side of the property hosts another approximate 220,000 tonnes of >90% SiO2 material. The white quartzite in the area has only 87% SiO2.
