Access Description: From highway 69S at Estaire, turn onto Nepewassi Lake Road and proceed for approximately 7 km to Hendrie Tp Road. Follow for 1 km to access road with 293 A-C sign. Follow access road for approximately 2 km to site.
1927-32: S. Charette - intermittent quarrying of feldspar, 555 tons reportedly removed between 1929 and 1947. As late as 1949 the property was worked with the development of the westerly pit and enlargements of the easterly and northern pit. The ore was taken to the CPR siding at Burwash for shipment.

Feb 04, 2009 (A Wilson) - The dike is described a having irregular width and strikes N60°E and dips 65°SE. The gneiss is described as slightly migmatized bands of quartzo-feldspathic and biotite gneiss. The dike is exposed for 300 feet in length and is approximately 125 feet wide.

Feb 04, 2009 (A Wilson) - The pegmatite is described as consisting of mixed feldspar and quartz with a graphitic texture. Biotite occurs in large thin plates some up to 6 feet across. Scattered crystals of apatite also have been observed within the dike. The remnant tailings from this property are cleaved crystals of feldspar up to 4 inches in size.
