Feb 05, 2009 (A Wilson) - Biotite and muscovite crystals are sparsely scattered throughout the dike. The dike is not radioactive. The worked faces of the open pit display well-segregated quartz and pink feldspar. Only scattered feldspar remains at the site. Some of the microcline may be suitable for dental spar. The majority of the material remaining is quartz.
