Feb 27, 2009 (A Wilson) - The anorthosite is a long narrow body up to 9 km in length and 0.8 m in width. It is deformed and gneissic, except for a massive central core of coarse grained anorthosite. Good quarrying potential was identified by Norgranite and D. Kresz approximately 3 km to the east in an area of Crown land.
