May 26, 2010 (A Wilson) - Dolostones and brecciated dolostones of the Espanola Fm lie directly on a sheared and brecciated unconformity.

May 26, 2010 (A Wilson) - A channel sample collected by the OGS in 1974 returned 10.6% Zn, 4.95% Pb, 0.97% Cu, 1.6 oz/t Ag over 15 ft. A chip sample from the same trench by Lynx Canada in 1975 returned 8.9% Pb, 3.7% Zn, 1.04% Cu, 1.1 oz/t Ag over 2 ft. Hollinger DDH HE77-1 returned 0.37% Pb over 3 ft. and Hollinger DDH HE77-3 returned 0.66% Pb, 1.1% Zn and 0.12 oz/t Ag over 1 ft. The mineralization consists of disseminations, veins, and masses of iron rich and iron poor varieties of sphalerite, galena, pyrite and chalcopyrite. Mineralization is exposed for approximately 4.5 m across strike in the Espanola Fm and for only a short distance along strike.
