Lithology Comments

May 26, 2010 (A Wilson) - The sulphide mineralization occurs in a thin stratigraphic unit of chloriitic, micaceous and quartz-rich schistose rocks which probably represent sheared, metamorphosed tuffs and sedimentary rocks. The sulphide mineralization is cross cut by metagabbro and granitic dikes. The mineralized part of the east zone is approximately 255 m in length and up to 18m thick. The eastern zone is estimated to extend for approximately 500 m. The eastern zone lies along the north side of an ENE trending fault.

Mineralization Comments

May 26, 2010 (A Wilson) - Grab samples collected by H.C. Rickaby (ODM) in 1927 returned 3.10% Cu and 9.90% Zn over 5.5 feet. Assays for the east zone range from 0.5 to 22% Zn, 0.05 to 0.08% Pb, 0 to 2.3% Cu and trace to 3.8 oz/t Ag. Gold values up to 0.017 oz/t were returned from 1 ft of intermediate metavolcanics from Stralak's 1984 diamond drilling.
