Mineralization Comments

May 26, 2010 (A Wilson) - A grab sample collected by Rickaby (ODM) from a waste pile in 1927 returned 0.44% Cu and 3.55% Zn. The galena is a replacement after sphalerite and pyrite. A grab sample collected by Card and Innes (OGS) returned 0.11% Zn, 0.10% Pb and 0.12 oz/t Ag. The sulphides form erratically distributed stratabound disseminations and massive lenses in a zone approximately 1.5 m thick and 120 m in length. The zone strikes east and dips approximately 60°S.
