Lithology Comments

Mar 29, 2010 (A Wilson) - The dominant rock type is medium-grained gabbro containing hypersthene phenocrysts. Fine-grained to chilled gabbro proximal to scattered outcrops of quartzite marks the northern contact. Mapping by Pacific North West Capital suggests that known mineralization is hosted by an east-striking, massive hypersthene gabbro unit that extends for >1000 m along the northern edge of the Kukagami Lake Intrusion. This gabbro dips 40° south with the mineralization occurring 50-100 m above the basal contact or northern margin.

Mineralization Comments

Mar 29, 2010 (A Wilson) - Diamond drilling by Kennco Explorations Ltd in 1969-70 returned assays of 0.48%Cu and 0.24% Ni over 7.5 m, including 0.59% Cu and 0.30% Ni over 1.8m. Grab samples collected by Nickeldale Resources in 1986 returned anomalous assays including 0.02% Ni, 0.1% Cu, 0.22 g/tPd, 0.08 g/t Pt and 0.08 g/t Au. Grab samples collected by Pacific North West in 1999 returned values as high as 5.1 g/t Pt+Pd+Au, 0.82% cu and 0.46% Ni. Grab sampling by Pacific North West in 2001 extended the main showing southwest by approximately 200m. Grab samples collected by the OGS in 1991 returned values up to 4.16 g/t Pd, 1.10 g/t Pt, 0.6 g/t Au
