Mar 26, 2010 (A Wilson) - The showing is located at the northwest lower contact of the Lake Wanapitei gabbronorite with wackes and siltstones of the Gowganda Formation. The zone of sulphide mineralization measures 40 feet in length and 1-2 feet in width.

Mar 26, 2010 (A Wilson) - The mineralization is completely hosted within the Nipissing diabase. Grab samples collected from the muck pile by Dolmac Mines returned Cu values between 5.51 and 19.92%, silver values between 0.17 oz/t and 1.978 oz/t, nickel values between 0.11% and 2.86%, platinum values between 0.088 oz/t and 1.08 oz/t, gold values between 0.002 oz/t and 0.36 oz/t and palladium values between 0.17 oz/t and 0.98 oz/t. A selected grab sample collected by the OGS in 1982 returned 10.2% Cu, 2.22 oz/t Ag, 0.14% Ni, 0.056 oz/t Pt, 0.02 oz/t Au and 34.6 oz/t Pd. Diamond drilling by Dolmac Mines in 1957 returned 0.45% Cu and 0.15% Ni.
