Mineralization Comments

Apr 20, 2010 (A Wilson) - The mineralized zone is reportedly 535 m long and has a maximum width of 305 m. The zone has been intersected as deep as 272 m. The best mineralization occurs as irregular lenses within a lesser mineralized zone lying were the norite-Sublayer Zone-metavolcanic contacts change strike from about 35° to 140°. The sulphides occur as the matrix to metavolcanic and granitic fragments as well as small veinlets and as dissemination.

FNX Mining Company Ltd. - 2008 NI-43-101 report The mine operated between 1988 and 1991 and again between 1994 and 1997. The mine produced 5.71 million tons grading 0.33% Cu, 0.95% Ni, 0.034% Co and 0.11 oz/t total precious metals.
