Location Method: AMIS Site Visit

Access Description: Access North of Capreol on RR.#84 to Goulard Road. Travel 8.7km from RR#84 on Goulard Road to a road heading west. Travel 1.8km past a small lake to the Jarvis Resources quarry junction. Turn easterly, travel 0.2km to junction to quarry road. Head easterly 0.4km to quarry site, then take trail southeasterly to site (100m).

Lithology Comments

Apr 07, 2010 (A Wilson) - The occurrence is described as being hosted within quartz veins in brecciated limestone. The quartz veins are up to 4 feet wide and strike 80°NW.

Mineralization Comments

Apr 07, 2010 (A Wilson) - Grab samples from the quartz vein reportedly returned values of 0.20 oz/t Au and 0.34 oz/t Au. Grab samples collected by Brady in 2003 returned 23.18 g/t Au, 127.2 g/t Ag, >10000 ppm Cu and >10000 ppm Pb. Grab samples collected by Decade Exploration in 1972 returned values up to 1.26 oz/t gold and 19.96 oz/t silver. Channel samples returned values up to 0.24 oz/t gold, 1.06 oz/t silver, 0.23% Cu and 1.48% Pb over 7 feet.
