Lithology Comments

Apr 19, 2010 (A Wilson) - The conglomerate beds are lenses that vary in thickness from 2 inches to 25 feet and few lenses extend laterally for more than 300 feet. The matrix of the conglomerate is dark grey greywacke. The quartzite also is radioactive. The quartzite and argillite overlie the conglomerate

Mineralization Comments

Apr 19, 2010 (A Wilson) - Grab samples of conglomerate collected by H. Meyn in 1966 returned values ranging from 0.003% U3O8 and 0.01% U3O8. Grab samples of the conglomerate taken by Imperial Metals returned a best assay of 73 ppb Au.
