Lithology Comments

Mar 04, 2009 (A Wilson) - The No. l showing on claim T. 31242 is a quartz vein 60 feet in width, striking N 70° W, which has been exposed along the north wall for a length of 80 feet by a rock trench. The contact of the north wall was exposed over a short length, where the dip appears to be vertical. Fifty-five feet south of the main pit, a smaller pit shows the sane type of vein material. The south wall was not exposed. The property hosts three widely spaced quartz-carbonate breccia zones within diabase. Moderate amounts of chalcopyrite are found within the quartz-carbonate.

Mineralization Comments

Nov 01, 2012 (A Wilson) - A composite grab sample collected from the vein in 1951by R.I. Banner, returned 2.6% Cu. Chip samples collected by Bradex Mines in 1965 returned up to 3.5% Cu and 0.34 oz/t Ag over 2 m and 0.01 oz/t Au, 0.12 oz/t Ag and 1.45% Cu over 1.2 m. The chalcopyrite mineralization occurs erratically in coarse and fine form in an area 100 feet long and 50 feet wide.
