Access Description: 500 metres north of the midpoint of the northeast arm of Copp Lake, 3.1 kilometres west of the east boundary of Montgomery Township.
Wakefield Uranium Mines Ltd. drilled a hole to 1358 feet which Rio Tinto Canadian Explor. Ltd. depeened to 3946 feet in 1966.

Dec 07, 2005 (P Beach) - Two thin bands of uraniferous, pebbly, feldspathic quartzite of the Matinenda Formation were intersected at 3562 feet below surface. Assays gave the following results: 3516 - 3517 feet 0.11% U3O8, 0.22% ThO2; 3562 - 3563.8 feet 0.07% U3O8, 0.14% ThO2. (OGS 1983 MDC 25 P 65).
