Lithology Comments

Dec 16, 2010 (A Wilson) - At surface, the Gowganda Formation lies unconformably on the Serpent and Espanola Formations and all three are cut by Nipissing diabase. At depth, drilling indicates the presence of the lowermost uraniferous member of the Mississagi Formation.




Mineralization Comments

Dec 16, 2010 (A Wilson) - Diamond drilling returned assays ranging from 0.648 lb/ U3O8 over 34 feet to 1.34 0.648 lb/ U3O8 over 5.1 feet. The radioactive quartzite and quartz pebble conglomerate was intersected at a depth between 2915 and 2936 feet.
