Diorite 1 Diorite, Gabbro Host
Quartz Arenite 2 Adjacent
Oxide Ironstone 3 Oxide-Facies Adjacent
Felsic Tuff 4 Tuff Adjacent

Lithology Comments

Nov 19, 2010 (A Wilson) - The quartzite is massive to crudely laminated. It appears to be a large inclusion enclosed within the gabbro/diorite body. Three iron formation bands were observed within the quartzite. The iron formation is found in bands ranging from <1 to 3 m in width. The gabbro has been mapped as having multiple phases with the most common being a pyroxenitic phase. The main zone is approximately 3 m wide and 200 m in length.

Mineralization Comments

Nov 19, 2010 (A Wilson) - A 2.2 ft section of core from drill hole TX-1 returned 1.01% Ni. A 1 ft section of core from drill hole T-9 returned 3.2% Cu, nil Ni and 0.16% Zn. The weighted average of core samples was 0.54% Ni and 0.15% Cu. Grab samples collected from an 8 m wide sulphide-rich zone by D. Hawke in 2000 returned assays up to 1.897 g/t Pd+Pt, 6903 ppm Cu and 730 ppm Ni. A grab sample collected by Pacific North West Capital in 2001 returned 6161 ppb Pt+Pd, 10,096 ppm Cu and 624 ppm Ni.
