Location Method: Based on Assessment

Access Description: 200 metres south of the small lake south of Mount Lake, 1 kilometre east of Bevans Lake. From intersection of Hwy 639 and 546, drive south on 639 for 5.2 km, Take logging Road to the East for 5.7 km- then take old logging road going north. Will see extensive pitting and trenching.

Geology Comments

Dec 13, 2010 (P Beach) - 1971: Cu mineralization in sedimentary rock discovered and staked by C.E. Bye for Cerro Mining Co. of Canada, did linecutting, trenching and mapping. Cerro lost interest and claims reverted to Mr. Bye. For Details of soil survey, refer to assessment files (2-8000ppm Cu from soils). 1972; CERRO GAVE MR. BYE FUNDS TO INVESTIGATE AND RECHECK ANOMALOUS READINGS...SOIL SAMPLING CONTINUED AND FINANCED BY SULLIVAN AND RODGERS. Location map and work reports with two anomalous samples, .55% and .57% from composite grabs of sheared quartzite or mudstone. The location map reveals two Cu showings. end.
