Access Description: Travel 46.4 km north along hwy 546 from Iron Bridge. Turn east on well established timber road. Proceed 2.6 km along timber road by atv. Stop along shoreline, east of central section of Scarbo Lake - walk east for 250 metres to site from the ATV trail.
1927-42: Sudbury Basin Mines Ltd. - surface work, adit 175 feet long, 354 feet of crosscutting. 1975: Ventures Claims Limited - prospecting, mapping. Circa 1995: Falconbridge Limited - property acquisition. 1986: R. Chataway - sampling 1993-94: A. Roy - mapping, trenching, sampling, prospecting.

Apr 25, 2013 (A Wilson) - The vein has been traced for a distance of approximately 150 m in a north-south direction. Masses and stringers of quartz also have been observed in the dike. The veins range from 4 inches to 4 feet wide in places. The veins appear to be wholly confined to the diabase. The occurrence lies along the Scarbo Lake Fault. The main vein dips 45º E and has a width up to 14 feet.

Apr 25, 2013 (A Wilson) - A grab sample collected from waste pits by the ODM in 1929 assayed 2.6 oz/t Ag, 3.10% Cu and 20.60% Pb and nil gold. Grab samples collected from the site by the OGS in 1975 assayed 0.10 oz/t Au, 3.46 oz/t Ag, 1.56% Cu, 0.63% Pb, 0.26%Zn, 0.1% Co and 0.05% Bi; 0.45% Cu, 0.5% Pb; 0.62 oz/t Ag, 0.28% Cu, 0.67% Pb, 0.53% Zn, 0.13% Co; 5.35 oz/t Ag, 1.077% Cu, 36.6% Pb, 0.05% Bi; tr Au, 1.02 oz/t Ag, 0.59% Cu, 0.14% Pb and 0.10% Co. Grab samples collected by R. Chataway from the waste pile assayed 1.54% Cu, 3.78 oz/t Ag, 6.69% Pb, 0.02% Zn and 0.0002 oz/t Au; and 0.41% Cu, 0.63 oz/t Ag, 0.35% Pb, 0.04% Zn and 0.025 oz/t Au.
