Point Location Description: Adit, open cut, trenching
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: The property is located in Wishart township, 2 km north east of Lower Tilley Lake. Access is by travelling along a 15 km gravel road off the TransCanada Highway just north of the Chippewa Falls Bridge.
There have been 3 veins identified on the property. Considerable stripping and trenching has been done as well as 40 feet of lateral development by menas of an adit driven on the No. 1 vein. Roughly 150 feet of trenching was done along the No. 1 vein four feet wide and averaging 3 feet deep. A stockpile of 150 tons of the material was sampled in 1968 and found to average 2.75% copper. Drifting of 40 feet continued in the adit averaging 1.53% copper across 2.8 feet of vein breccia. On the No. 2 vein another adit was developed below the No. 1 adit and has a length of about fifty feet. The No. 2 vein at the end of this adit has a width of approximately 10 feet and 9 feet of highly brecciated and oxidized material averaging 1.50% copper. In 1968, 2 diamond drill holes totalling 338.50 feet were drilled and intersected all 3 vceins. The first adit and the No. 2 vein were intersected. The No. 2 vein collared 18.2 feet averaging 0.78% copper and a 3.6 foot section averaging 1.25% copper. The second hole intersected all 3 veins. The No.1 vein intersected 5.8 feet of 0.59% copper, the No. 2 vein intersected 17.7 feet of 0.57% copper. The No. 3 vein intersected 11 feet of 1.51% copper and a 2. foot section assaying 2.60% copper. In 1968 500 tons of material from the No. 1 vein and No. 2 vein were bulk sampled and transported to the Coppercorp Mill. Average grade of the shipment was 1.18% copper and the mill recovery was 79.14%. In 1971, a total of 6 diamond drill holes totalling 2019 feet were drilled. The first 3 holes suggested a length of 180 feet of No. 3 vein grading 1.5% copper over a width of 9 feet. Holes 4 and 5 were drilled to test the north-westerly extension of this zone. Hole 6 under the No. 1 hole was to test the depth extension of a good intersection in the No. 3 vein of 2.4% copper over 14 feet. In 1994 prospecting and samploing was conducted with grab samples assaying as high as 41.85% copper.

Mar 23, 2012 (A Pace) - The deposit consists of quartz-carbonate vein carrying chalcocite, bornite, chalcopyrite and pyrite. The vein strikes N70W and appears from limited exposures, to dip vertically. It has an explosed length of 250 feet and an average width of about 3 feet. The wallrocks consist of diabase in contact with granite.
