Exploration History

A number of claims were staked in 1951 covering discovereis of cobalt bloom made by Olaf Bjornaa. There were 3 main veins identified. A sereis of trenches were excavated by Glenrock Gold Mines Ltd. in the area. At total of 13 trenches were excavated to examine mineralization. In 1953 a total of 11 diamond drill holes totalling 1966.8 feet were drilled by Glenrock Gold Mines Ltd. in 1992 a soil geochemistry survey was completed wehre 51 "B"horizaon soil sample were collected. In 1997 17 drill holes were drilled by Aurogin Resources Ltd. Aurogin Resources Ltd. had also drilled one hole within the Glenrock occurrence in 1998.

Mineralization Comments

Oct 20, 2010 (A Pace) - In 1951 3 main veins were identified in the surrounding Glenrock occurrence. These veins were identified as No.1 to No.3 viens. All veins consisted of lensy cobaltite and pyrite mineralization. there were 3 samples taken from the No. 1 vein. the following assays were obtained: 1.)Co%-5.92, ni%0.20, au oz/ton-1.06 Ag-0z/ton-0.89 2.)Co%-0.28 Ni%-0 Au oz/ton-0.20 Ag oz/ton-0.16 3.)Co%-6.19 Ni%-0.17 Au zo/ton-2.60 Au oz/ton-0.46 A series of trenches were excavated by Glenrock Gold Mines Ltd., in the area named the No. 6 zone located in close proximity to the no. 1 vein. A total of 13 trenches were excaveated to examine mineralization found ina series of parallel fractures and carbonate-filled shears strikingW. All trenches in the No. 6 zone show numerous NS striking fractures, joints and shears. From studies within thes area it is evident that the rocks have sufficient intense deformation resulting in the formation of an intricate system of NS and EW fractures and faults. The No. 5 trench assayed 0.12% Co and 0.07 oz/ton Au. A diamond drill program was conducted in the No. 6 zone that covered the length of approximately 200 feet of the zone. A total of 11 hole totaling 1966.8 feet were drilled. Best results included 2.9g/ton Au over 6.4 m and 6.24 g/t Au over 2.4m Soil geochemistry was completed where 51 "B"horizon soil samples were collected. A total of 17 drill holes were drilled by Aurogin Resources Ltd., with drill hole AR97-04 intersecting 0.48m over 0.2 oz/ton, 1.01m over 0.16 oz/ton, 0.71 m over 0.08 oz/ton and 1.13m over 0.07 oz/ton. Another drill hole conducted by Aurogin Resources Ltd., in 1998 intersected section of anomalous Cu values. These include 0.15m over 8.79% Cu, 0.15 m over 1.25% Cu, 0.43 m over 0.83% Cu, 0.34 m over 1.10% Cu, 0.25m over 5.40% Cu and 1.45 m over 2.07% Cu.

Site Visit Information

Date: Sep 13, 2010

Geologist: A Pace

Notes: The deposit visit consisted of examining some of the tenched areas identified in the technical files. Channel sampling was identified as evidence of prior exploration activitiy. The trenches consisted of sheared mafic metavolcanics with significant patches of sulphide mineralization with carbonate alteration. The rock units exhibit extense shearing striking east-west and steeply dipping. Pyrite appears as the dominant sulphide visible. The original Bjornaa showing was examined as well. This area consisted of a trench that was 30m in depth and striked to the NW. The trench is cut by thin quartz vein with pyrite dissimentaed with the host rock. Sample of cobalt Bloom were collected from the site as grab float samples. There was no cobalt bloom visible in any of the outcrops.
