Aug 01, 2007 (G Bennett) - Fault zone in Archean metabasalts strikes N40W, and dips 90. Quartz-chalcopyrite-pyrite veins occur in, and generally parallel to the attitude of, the fault zone. A minor amount of chalcopyrite occurs both disseminated in metabasalt and along tiny fractures in metabasalt and along tiny fractures in metabasalt near the veins.
