Dec 07, 2005 (P Beach) - Calcite quartz sulphide vein occurs in a brecciated, much altered, diabase dike and Archean granite near a diabase - granite contact. The vein strikes N40E and dips 50E near surface, but in one setion the dip appears to flatten at a depth of 20 feet to 30E. The vein has been traced for a length of 150 feet and the width ranges from 1 to 6 feet. Assays ranged from 0.14% Cu and 0.12 oz/ton Ag over 1.5 feet to 0.60% Cu and 0.30 oz/ton Ag over 3.3 feet.
