Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The occurrence consists of a zone of sheared diorite hosting at least 4 conformable quartz veins ranging from 10-25 cm. These veins are located roughly 50 m south of the contact between the diorite and a mafic metavolcanic unit to the south. The quartz has a sugary texture due to recrystallization and shows strong limonitic staining.
