Geology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The occurrence is hosted by the Jubilee tuffs. These andesitic to dacitic tuffs locally surround the Jubilee Lake stock and appear to lie between the mafic to intermediate metavolcanics and intermediate to felsic metavolcanics.

Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Descriptions of the actual occurrence are sketchy. Drill logs record a sequence of diorite, porphyrite and chlorite schist with abundant narrow lamprophyre dikes. Few quartz veins are reported in the drill logs. The geological map associated with the drill logs (McMurray 21A1) indicates a single isolated assay in the vicinity of the 4th drill hole. No assays are reported on the drill logs.

Mineralization Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - A single assay of 0.29 oz/t Au is reported in file McMurray 21A1. A discription of a single coarse grained quartz vein indicates moderate gold values, but no specific values. A grab sample collected in 2004 returned an assay of 27.7 g/t Au.
