Access Description: The actual site is uncertain. Travel south along the Surluga Road from highway 101 for a distance of approximately 6 km to the Deep Lake turnoff. Follow the Deep Lake Road to the shaft ( approximately 2 km). The LeRoy veins are reportedly 366 m south east of the Deep Lake shaft.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The occurrence reportedly consists of 14 quartz veins raning in width from 3 to 30 feet. Mapping conducted by Citadel Gold Mines in 1987 identified unsorted tuffs and crystal tuffs in the vicinity of the shaft. Quartz boulders were found in the vicinity of the shaft. No quartz vein was observed.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Original reference to the site indicates assays ranging from 0.12 to 4 oz/t Au. Grab samples taken by Citadel Gold Mines in the vicinity of the shaft range from 0.04 oz/t Au to 0.26 oz/t Au.
