Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: Park near the Public Works building in Wawa and walk along the nature trail to Mr. Vallee's park, a distance of approximately 350 m. Walk south along the west side of the lake to the vein.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The property consists of several quartz veins within shear zones in quartz-feldspar crystal tuff. Sage (1982) mapped a NNW trending gabbroic unit in the vicinity of quartz veins near this locality. This may be the rock described as hornblende shear zones by Hollinger in 1944.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The only analyses available for veins in the vicinity of the showing are 0.5 oz/t Au and 1.62 oz/t Au. Sketches in the assessment files indicate that visible gold was found in two locations in these veins.
