Jan 27, 2016 (A Wilson) - A sample from the vein collected by the ODM in 1931 returned an assay of $9.60 Au/t, 3.34oz/t Ag, 7.39% Pb, 1.8% Cu. A sample of quartz vein from drill core (Candore Exploration) returned an assay of 0.19 oz/t Au. High gold values occur where galena is present in the vein. Grab samples collected by Hollinger Consolidated returned values of : 0.2 oz/t Au over 3 ft., 0.01 oz/t Au over 2 feet. Assays from the 1985 diamond drilling returned values ranging from trace Au, Ag to 0.105 oz/tAu and 0.30 oz/t Ag.
