Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The veins are hosted within the Jubilee tuffs which are a distinctive package of intermediate composition rocks occurring along the east, south and southwest sides of the Jubilee Lake Stock. These rocks are andesitic to dacitic in composition and likely occur between the mafic to intermediate and intermediate to felsic metavolcanic rocks of the 2nd volcanic cycle. These tuffs are of local distribution only.
