Point Location Description: Vicinity of drill-hole collar for Mingold #2 drill hole
Location Method: Field Visit with GPS
Access Description: The showing is accessible by the Dore Forestry access road which comes within about 1 km of the showing. The Dore Road runs through the eastern portion of Garnet Township and is readily accessible from the main logging road that runs between sultan and Highway 101.

Sep 25, 2012 (A Wilson) - Anomalous zinc, lead and copper values associated with the contact between a massive mafic metavolcanic and an iron formation. Fine, millimetre to centimetre scale chloritic beds alternate with chert beds over a width of 1.4 m beginning at a drill depth of 84.8 m. Sulphide mineralization occurs mainly within centimetre scale chloritic beds occurring with the first metre of contact with the mafic metavolcanic.

Sep 25, 2012 (A Wilson) - Mineralization is reported to consist of 5% red-brown sphalerite, 2% pyrite, trace to 1% chalcopyrite and trace galena. Sulphides appear as fine disseminates and thin wispy bands associated with chloritic beds and carbonate filled fractures. An Asarco drill hole drilled in the vicinity of this site intersected a 1.5 m section with 2.43% Zn, 0.07% Cu and a 3 m section with 1.93% Zn, 0.33% Pb and 0.04% Cu.
