Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The showing is hosted in a sequence of amphibolitized metasediments, mafic metavolcanic rocks and garnetiferous amphibolite. Minor rhyolitic quartz-eye porphyry (sericite schist) has also been described on the property.

May 11, 2016 (P Bousquet) - Grab samples collected by the OGS in 1977 returned assays of 0.02% Cu, 0.03% Ni and 0.07% Cu, 0.01% Ni. The best assays from the Noranda drilling returned 426 ppb Au over 3 ft. The best assay obtained by M. Tremblay returned 315 ppb Au from a grab sample of sericite schist.
