Access Description: An easy, though long, trip (12 km) with all terrrain vehicles is required west along the Middleton Road and then north along a branch road. The Middleton Road connects with the main Dore Road at the eastern boundary of Swayze Township.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The country rock consists of arkose, greywacke, trachyte tuffs and flows cut by dikes of quartz porphyry. Some small quartz veins carrying values in gold have been uncovered.
