Point Location Description: Centre of trench with mineralized quartz lenses close to the south shore of Dyment Lake.

Location Method: Field Visit with GPS

Access Description: It is possible to access the prospect area by all terrain vehicle. This requires a long (approximately 17km) trip along the Middleton Road from the Dore road on the eastern boundary of Swayze Township then a kilometre traverse from the trail to Dyment Lake. In places the condition of the trail is very poor.

Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (K Houle) - The mineralization is hosted in a schistose felsic porphyry and associated with a series of oblique quartz lenses forming an almost continuous vein for about 150' (46m). The maximum width of the individual quartz lenses is reportedly less than 2' but at the showing 3 parallel veins occur within 9'.

Mineralization Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (K Houle) - The quartz vein is milk white and well fractured with fine native gold grains along the fractures. Galena, specularite and some chalcopyrite associated with the vein. The highest gold values are restricted to the pit area with only low and erratic values associated with the adjacent sheared porphyry.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The best assays from the occurrence were obtained from a drill hole (DEN85-4) which returned 11.84 g/t Au over 0.27 m at a depth of 91m. Other drill intersections included values of 0.15 g/t Au over 1 m, 1.95 g/t Au over 0.5 m, 1.66 g/t Au over 1 m and 1.25 g/t Au over 0.4 m. Grab samples collected by the OGS in 1994 returned values of 0.34 g/t Au and 0.1 g/t Ag, 0.06 g/t Au and 0.1 g/t Ag, 0.03 g/t Au and 0.1 g/t Ag.

Notes: A series of pits and trenches was located south of Dyment Lake along an east/west trending ridge. The work in this area follows a series of white quartz veins within a feldspar intrusive. Most of the exposed quartz veining has been removed from the trenched area and now lies in a pile to the north of the central portion of the trenches. The quartz from the trenches is milk white and rusty along most fracture surfaces with the occasional trace of tourmaline along some vein margins. Pyrite was found to occur as trace to 2% disseminates associated with fine fractures and margins of quartz veins. The presence of some very highly weathered, gossan fractures/shears may indicate weathering of more massive sulphides. The presence of galena and sphalerite as mentioned in previous descriptions was not observed. A north/south trench located to the east of the main trenches revealed well foliated intermediate tuffs striking @ 270 degrees and dipping to the north. Unit shows high degree of sericitic alteration with the occasional trace sulphide.
