Location Method: Data Compilation

Access Description: Access to the property can be reached by travelling south on Highway 144, Timmins to Sudbury, then turning west onto Sultan Road and driving to mileage marker 40 km, then north onto a lumber road for 30 km to the edge of a forestry clear cut. An ATV can then be taken for 5 km north along a winter logging road. From there it is a 400-meter walk east to the trenches.

Mineralization Comments

Jul 30, 2007 (D Draper) - A chalcopyrite-bearing quartz vein up to 2 feet wide, dipping shallowly to the east, was exposed for 100 feet. Assays returned from 0.02 to 0.7 opt Au. (GR 157, p.248). A chip sample of pyritized quartz taken near the south end of Gagne Trench #1 assayed 0.716 ppm Au. Molybdenum mineralization was noted in the quartz in two other samples taken nearby; while no Mo assays were done, one sample returned 461ppb Au. (T-4951)
