Watts completed 3 diamond drill holes totaling 87.6 feet.1955: Sagamore Explorations Ltd. completed ground geophysics. 1955: Rockwin Mines Ltd. completed 15 diamond drill holes totaling 3754 feet. 1958: Zenmac Metal Mines Limited carried out mapping, trenching, sampling, and 6 diamond drill holes totaling 1170 ft.

Sep 24, 2019 (Sheree Hinz) - Bedrock exposed through overburden stripping in 1958 showed mineralization associated with the intersection of greywacke and two dikes of different lithology (quartz diorite and diabase).

Sep 24, 2019 (A Wilson) - Pyrrhotite, pyrite, galena, and sphalerite mineralization was found in stripped areas replacing siliceous sediments. Chip samples taken in 1953 returned 4.92% Zn, 1.76% Pb and 0.20 oz/t Ag over 7 feet. Chip samples near the shaft returned values up to 4.98% Zn, 3.62% Pb and 0.28 oz/t Ag over 6 feet. Drilling indicated a shoot 550 ft long and 6.2 ft. wide averaging 5.02% Zn, 1.91% Pb and 0.31 oz/t Ag.
