Oct 11, 2011 (A Wilson) - The main shaft was developed on a vein which strikes N40W and dips 65NE. About 40 feet to the south, a trench follows a 1.5 inch wide calcite vein. This vein strikes N33W and dips 75NE.The vein material comprises banded aplite with white and grey bands of calcite carrying chalcopyrite. The diabase is medium to coarse-grained with a minor amount of interstitial granophyre.

Oct 11, 2011 (A Wilson) - Native silver in small scales has been collected from the calcite vein. A 1909 prospectus reported assays from three samples returned values of: 9280 oz/t Ag, 2140 oz/t Ag and 400 oz/t from a diabase. A sample collected in 1910 reportedly assayed 300 oz/t Ag Several samples taken in 2001 by R. LaCarte returned anomalous Au and Ag values. These include sample S-4 - 3.62 g/t Au, 24.8 g/t Ag, S-5 - 0.03 g/t Au, 63.3 g/t Ag, S-6 - 2.04 g/t Au and 65.5 g/t Ag.
